Q. How do I download the free Artifex Forge products?
To get the free brushes, textures and other design tools, please sign up to The Artifex Forge mailing list HERE. The download link will be sent to you via email after double opt-in. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email safe list.
Q. I’ve signed up to the Artifex Forge mailing list, why haven’t received the free design tools download link?
The email links often end up in your spam folder. Please check this before contacting support.
Q. What programs are the freebies compatible with?
We have free products for Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer and Procreate but not all products are compatible with every program. Please check the product descriptions for specific software compatibility.
Q. I bought a brush set for the wrong program, can I exchange it for the correct pack?
A. I will refund or exchange artifexforge.com purchases when able. If you bought the pack through a third party site then please contact the relevant support team who will assist you.

Q. I’m having trouble downloading a product I bought. Please help!
A. Please restart your computer and router and try again. If the problem persists then please get in contact with the support team for the marketplace through which you bought the product. If you bought through artifexforge.com then please let get in touch if the above solution hasn’t worked.
Q. Are the free Artifex Forge products available for commercial use?
Yes, the free tools are available for commercial or personal use. There are a few restrictions which are listed in the full terms HERE
Q. I’m struggling to load brushes in Affinity Designer. Please help!
Sometimes Designer will freeze when loading brushes. If this happens, please don’t use anything on your Ipad/computer for five minutes then check to see if the brushes have loaded. If this fails, please re-download the product file, restart your Ipad/computer and try loading it again. Please also check you’re using the latest version of Affinity Designer and update the software if necessary.
Q. Are Artifex Forge products compatible with the latest updates of Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop/Affinity Designer/Procreate?
