We are very proud of our brushes, textures and design tools and want you to be happy too. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. The Artifex Forge would always like to offer support in first instance but this is not mandatory to process a refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the product from artifexforge.com. To apply for a refund for an Artifex Forge product bought through a third-party marketplace, please contact the relevant support team.
In cases where the customer bought a product for the wrong program, for example, they needed Adobe Illustrator brushes but purchased Affinity Designer brushes or Procreate brushes, an exchange for the correct version will be made. If an equivalent product is not available then a refund will be granted.
HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND
To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase. Please send the receipt along with your reason for applying for the refund to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note: it may take several days for your email to be answered.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment. This may take several days.
Refunds will be refused if we believe the refund policy is being abused.
Refunds limited to two purchases per customer.
Excludes bundles. For Example The Illustrator Artist’s Brush Anthology and The Affinity Designer Artists Brush Anthology.
I am unable to make refunds in cases of credit card/Paypal fraud as these refunds often incur a charge back fee.
If a refund is granted you must delete all relevant product files as soon as the refund is processed. Any elements of your work created using the refunded product must also be deleted, and cannot be used in any way commercially or personally.
