If you purchase a product covered by the ‘Graphics License’ then you may:
- Use the product in an unlimited number of personal projects.
- Use the product in commercial projects for sale for either yourself or a client.
- Sell up to 5000 units of any product/s generated using an individual Artifex Forge graphic resource.
The ‘Graphics License’ prohibits:
- Sub-licensing, selling, giving away or re-distribution of the product in any capacity.
- Re-use of the resources to create similar or competing resources for sale.
- Use of the resources in projects for a company whose annual revenue is more than USD 25 million per annum. In this instance, an extended license is required.
- The creation of a copyrighted or trademarked design, illustration or product using Artifex Forge resources, as the copyright belongs to The Artifex Forge Limited.
- The use of resources on their own (without modification) as a standalone design, except in a personal project.
