The Artifex Forge has recently had the privilege of restoring this library of vintage vegetable illustrations. These copperplate engravings were sourced from genuine vintage seed catalogs illustrated by talented artists from the 19th century. I spent considerable time sourcing and restoring the images some of which had aged very badly. Because the illustrations are nearly 150 years old they are now in the public domain and available to use in your projects. I therefore charged only for my time when pricing the pack – making them excellent value.
The library features over 80 intricate vintage vegetable illustrations including roots, beans, corn, peas, greens and many more. Be sure to check out the screenshots to see the complete and expansive list.
Use them to add some vintage flare and authenticity to your designs!
